Interesting premise. Liked the "this guy might be better than me" part when he investigates the one crime scene.
Weeds seems really uneven, and there is not really one character on there to "cheer" about. I think the marriage of convenience plot thread really was a stretch, and unless they pull their heads out of their collective armpits, the producers are going to be shopping out a two-short-season package to the DVD people and going back to work as messengers and secretaries.
