Does anyone have any experience with Blue Green Algea?

A friend swears by it...but I am not very easliy taken in by "health products" that claim great results.
Any advice?

I went scuba diving over the weekend in Monterey and saw a lot of it. Swallowed a little and washed it down with sea water. Made me lose my Pop-Tart I had for breakfast.

Hi Kitty!

We consume this product called superfood that has it in it. We don't get many good greens so it sure helps supplament our diets. The boys love there smoothies.
