Now they're saying, according to an eyewitness, the plane made a sudden 90 degree turn before it hit the building. It's a 50 story condo building with 183 apartments, "many of which cost over $1million."

It's only a couple of blocks from the East River, maybe the normal flight path for small planes is over the river.

They are reporting 4 dead now, 2 confirmed in the plane and 2 from the building.
They are also reporting it was a Cirrus 20 aircraft;
