White cheddar popcorn!

What is kettle popcorn?

I used to like buttered popcorn until a few years ago. Hubby, Mom and I went to the movies and I bought one of those mega tubs of popcorn to share. Except neither hubby nor Mom wanted any. So stupid me ate almost the whole thing myself (I guess for no other reason than it was there). BTW, this was shortly before having my gall bladder removed. :-? I felt sooo sick. The memory is still too raw to eat buttered popcorn. :(

I don't like the kind you get out of a box....it's better when you can get it from a real kettle at a faire or festival... oh, and especially when it's still warm. :wink:

i like kettle corn out of a box OK, but fresh fair/festival kettle corn is the absolute yummiest!!! especially when the sugar hardens on some pieces. it's just drooooly!

Ilike Act II Butter Lovers with a bit of lime juice sprinkled on and some type of Hot sauce as well a some Tony Chacherer's over the top...yummy.

And an ice cold Dr. Pepper...can't get that in Haiti though.

My favorite is salty and heavily buttered movie theater style BUT, a microwaveable bag of 94 percent fat free Kettle Corn is only one point on the Weight Watchers points scale. Been eating a lot of that lately.

Ok I'm a little weird I guess, but I like to my popcorn air-popped with spray butter and salt. No guilt! No worries! Just a good healthy snack! (sometimes I'll put calorie free-cheese or jalopeno seasoning on it! There are tons of calorie free seasonings for popcorn now!)
