Who cooks more in your house?

Nicole and I share cooking equally.

Do you have a specialty thing you make?

Nicole's speciality is meatloaf and a chicken casserole

Mine is Chilli, Spaghetti and soups (also Gumbo)

Tom makes fantastic Italian, chili, pancakes and is good on a grill (provided I season it). Nothing else he cooks is edible, so I do almost all of the cooking and he does the cleaning- it works for us.

Although we're not husband and wife, YET.. ;) I'd say more me, but that's cause I have a hard time sharing my kitchen. ;) E's a real good cook, when I let him. :P We have a lot of specialties.. I can't really think of one I'd list of mine, but he makes a good meatloaf (which I didn't really care for before I ate his), and chili. :D

Nicole mixes half beef half pork in the meatloaf, yummy. I requested she try it with vinison since I just got 80lbs of it.

I do fairly well on the grill as I suppose most men do and I prefer to marinate my own grilled items.

Being I live alone I'm the chief cook and botlewasher. Besides I spent most of my college years cooking in an pizza shop making bread, dough, pasta and pizzas. I like to cook if only I had a deceint(sp?) kitchen to do so.

OPH cheif cook and bottle washer is a very old saying, I think it came from the military, funny reference

PIA.. you live at home? no wonder you are attracted to Larry it's a way to escape.. LOL seriously I have tried homemade salsa a few times (and I am pretty good at figuring out how to make things taste right even good with making up new alcohol drinks) but I can not get my salsa right.

PS.. I do watch what goes on around here, I just don't interact much, it's better for both of us
:D

Next year will hold some very good traveling adventures for Nicole and I. I surely would like to make it to one of those shows.

Hubby cooks all the meals here. We used to split it up equally, but he really enjoys cooking and is good at it, so he said he'd do all the cooking if I cleaned up the mess afterwards, so that's what we do. Works for me!

I do most of the cooking here.
Mrs Z works long hours, and I enjoy cooking.

Since I retired, I do most of the cooking....before that it was split pretty evenly. Hubby is a grillmaster, but inside the kitchen he's a hamburger helper kind of guy.

Other than steaks, burgers, or fish on the grill, I don't do ANY of the cooking in this house because I can't afford to feed the entire Johnson County Fire Department.

I'm going to say about equal. While we don't take turns, the wife and I usually cook together. It gives us some time to catch up with each other. She probably does a teeny bit more than me, but it's pretty close.
