I wonder how it feels to be responsible for inducing so many millions of goosebumps?
You’re still grinning, we’re still winning, nothing left to say
I’m still gliding as I go flying down this endless wave

I just watched it again knowing what was going to happen to me and it happend lol, but when u think about it, being a parrothead and following Jimmy is truly truly something special. I havnt been to as many shows as alot of yall, but even for me, its an extremly special thing that you just cant explain. Ive tried to explain it to my friends who have not been and its so hard to even try to explain because you just cant put it into words, thats how amazing this whole thing is. But this video, just watching it and thinking "wow ive been there and there is many more to come" i just love being a parrothead and i love all of yall

Dang it! I posted earlier today wondering where to find the video, and then found that I could see it on the CD, but DUH! I left the video at work. I could try the links, but I want to see it in the best possible format.

I am already agreeing with everyone on this thread that it has been a wonderful ride and we have Jimmy to thank for so much. I am taking care of an elderly mother who just over a year ago suffered the same incidemt that John Ritter died from. She was 81 at the time, and her doctors are still calling her their miracle. The night after she had the surgery, I was a wreck, with nothing but the worst outcome in my mind. In fact, she not only survived the initial surgery of 6 hours, but 6 hours later had to have a second surgery to repair a leak from some of the internal stitching. Two days later when the tubes and breathing devices came out, her first statement was to one of the nurses wearing a tropical print top. Mom asked if she was a Jimmy Buffett fan and if she went to concerts. The nurse said that she always went to Alpine Valley, so Mom promptly told her that he wasn't performing there that year (2005). I can't help but thank Jimmy for being her first lucid topic of conversation after the trauma...She loves his music as much as I do!

Your mom is awesome!! I hope she can go to a concert next year!

. .and I truly believe in my heart that Jimmy did not write this for " ordinary " Yellow Album buyers . .

. .I think it was a deeply personal gift to all of us that truly support and enjoy him, daily . .

. . he knows who we are . . and it was just a little personal pay back for all these years of us making HIM smile . .

. .basically, for all of us that " get it " . . . ! !

well, except for the small fact that JB didn't write it alone.....Matt Betton shares the co-write......it exactly describes everything that we all feel at shows, and here at BN.... There is nothing like being at a show with BNers, swaying, crying and hugging as this song is played and the video is being shown. I've been to a few shows now that have featured the video, and each time with each different group has been really special and wonderful!!! Thanks Matt and Jimmy!!!! :D

Well I guess I will be the one to admit I am 'not human', 'Don't get it', or am not a "real Parrothead", but I just dont tear up, sniffle or even burst into hysterical sobbing at this. I am in no way knocking those that do, great for you, but I guess I see it as a reminder of all the good times with good friends and great concerts and it makes me smile and yes goosbumps, but not tears. I guess I'm a bit jaded and don't tear up as easily as I used to, but I LOVE the song and video, and am glad for those that tear up. Those that hysterically weep, seek help immediately  (kidding)

Well I got that off my chest. I echo those who thank JB for the song and vid, I know of no other artist that has done that. Very cool.
