Wow.......never was a Celtic fan.....but he was a true New England...Boston legend.......a very sad day up here....you'll be missed!!!

Already quite a few flowers next to his statue in Faneuil Hall this morning.

There was the NBA....and then there was Red Auerbach. Or was it the other way around. Growing up in Beantown you could count on the Sox choking, the Bruins failing and the Celts hanging another banner.
