OK, It's time to put our money where our mouth is, well, stomach at least. The International Chili Society Florida State Chili cookoff is this Saturday, the 4th of November, in Clearwater, FL.
We'll be there with the mobile tiki bar, sporting our amazing spiced rum chili and wonderful rum salsa. We'd love if if you're in the area and want to come by to say hi. Cooking is from 10am-2pm, and awards are presented from 3pm-330pm. We'll have 1+gal of chili to share with visitors, so bring your appetite! Mention our BN post and we'll have a special hidden freebie for you!

Thanks! We're really excited to give this a shot. We'll be happy no matter what the results, but even more so if we win something like best chili, salsa, or best booth...
