What made Jimmy Giggle - Vegas 10/28

Post by bbqmonster »

Someone got on stage at the end of the show and they totally made Jimmy crackup. Does anyone know who it was? Must have been planned because the person came from backstage, and the Jimmy’s Bodyguards did not react at all.

Did anyone else notice this?

The guy was a crew member that was dressed as the Will Ferrell character from Saturday Night Live....the "MORE COWBELL!" Guy....

I have it on video from my digi camera. It was during Fins and it made Jimmy laugh so hard he could barely sing. Im so glad I caught it on video....great memory.

It was funny!!! Ya it was the will ferrell character that did the More Cow Bell routine with Blue Oyster Cult (Don't fear the Reaper). He jumped out and ran around behind each of the corrall refers banging on a "cow Bell"....it was really good to see Jimmy cracking up like that!!!

. . was standing close to Charleston . .and let me tell you . .the first milli-second that person/figure hit the stage, he had snapped into " pounce position " . .but you could also see him watching Jimmy more than the guy . . so when he knew it was " over ", he lept onto the stage, threw the guy over his shoulder like a 30# bag of Horse Food. . ! !

. . and I can only imagine what lengths the guys in the Band/Crew do to Jimmy to make him giggle and fall out like he did. . ! !

So it was a crew member, no wonder he/she was on the stage for so long.

Wonder if you can post that video somewhere so we all can see?

I'll try to get it on YouTube.com...as soon as I figure it out. I dropped an f-bomb when I was describing how cool "Fins" looks...I apologize in advance. Might not put that video up.

I think it had to be planned. When Charleston came back from carrying the guy offstage he had a big grin on his face.

I think the cow bell guy was more fun because it seem more spontaneous and it certainly surprised Jimmy. It took him several lines of the song to recover his poise. It was a wonderful prank.

The cowbell character on SNL was actually Christopher Walken. :pirate:
