The most valuable Buffett CD

Post by land_shark3 »

This by far is the most valuable copy of the new CD in the WORLD!!!
(sorry for the quality, its a camera phone)

In case you can't see it, the album is signed by the notorious CRC and LVC!!!

Unfortunately, there are a few markings that might devalue the copy of the CD:

Not bad. My beach house on the moon cd was autographed by all the reefers and JB over here in St. Pete Beach at the Don Cesar in 1999. (1999, wow....most people on here weren't even parrotheads then!)

I suppose I could replace all of my albums if I had to, but I do have a Jimmy Buffett trivia book autographed by ALL of the Coral Reefers. (Except, of course, the head parrot himself). :D

I am accepting applications for future autographs. Please submit an essay stating how your signature would increase the value and I will evaluate all the responses. (shouldn't take long)

As for the story... in short, I have THE best friends!

I was actually supposed to be in Vegas (meet Surprise Vegas Guest). At the last minute, I had to cancel my trip. :-? T and LVC wanted to show me that they were thinking about me; they are kind of a big deal which is what makes their signatures the most valuable. Like I said, I have THE best friends!

My CD has no autographs on it at all and cost me 2 bucks more than if I bought it at walmart... but!

I made my first trip to buffett mecca! Key West and saved buying "The Weather" disc until I could by it from the cafe in keywest! Thus, it is no different than anyone elses store bought copy, but is the only first release I ever got, and on my first trip to key west!

Well I just thought that the autographs were more important because they arrived first. :P

Yes, I do like it. It has more of a country feel. It is out in the car right now, otherwise I'd tell you which tracks I like the most.
