Funny, the same thing happened to me when I received my Margaritaville Neon sign. It was a steal and it was broken. It only lights on one side now. I went to a place called Scott's bar and supply store in our mall and asked them if they did repairs, he gave me the phone number of a guy who repairs them.
If you have a store near you that sells such signs, ask them if they do repairs or if they know someone who can.
I still have not gotten mine fixed and I am just heart broken about it.

The seller finally responded.... basically it was "too bad"....
Going through Pay pal to dispute the charge.
However... my wonderful friend...our own Dawgfan... has lent me his neon sign guys and the sign is in route to Atlanta to get fixed.
So it wont make next weeks phlocking...unless of course Dawg decides to come down for the event!!!

Do a Google search for neon shops in your area. The lights can be fixed. Keep us posted.
I imagine the light was expensive. Did you get the item insured for shipping? If so, give that a shot. As for the ebay/paypal route, take it up with both of them. Tell them the item was damaged when you got it.
