Food and drink recipes for a tailgate or party

OK I promised.. a liver dish that is MMMMMMMMMMM

:D :D
Ok
1/2 pound bacon
one good sized onion
1 to 1 1/2 pound liver
1/2 cup wine
1 bottle heinz 57..OR A1 sauce
flour to dredge the liver in (salt and pepper)

Start the bacon until it gets crisp
take the bacon out and dab the pan with
a paper towel leave plenty of grease
dice the onion and saute
slice the liver and dredge in flour mix
pull onions out and saute meat..
when meat done
take out of pan and pour wine and sauce into pan
replace onions and meat into pan
reduce to gravy add bacon



serve over rice.. 8) 8) 8) 8)




you can also use steak or even pork no need to use liver if you
don't want.. 8) 8) :D :D

that sounds pretty dang good, especially since you are using bacon grease, yummy.. keeps the heart valves lubed up so the blood can travel through better :D
