VAN HALEN BECOMES BIGGEST JOKE OF YEAR

Post by Big Jimmy »

Let alone kicking out long time bassist Michael Anthony, PaPa Eddie and Uncle Alex give dream job to Wolfgang.

Also on the line to tour next summer without a lead singer.

Well, if this is true then it is definately something you can point to and say "see how bad meth is, look what it did to Eddie!" Talk about your bad decisions.
M.K. "You should never use any of the 13 bad words!"
S.T. "I thought there were only 7 bad words?"
M.K. "Not if you're a sailor."

Who the hell else would want to play in a band with Eddie. I dont think they had much choice for a bass player.

PLUS, Wolfy can cover for dad when he's waxed on meth and cant play.

Years back when I was in the I.A.T.S.E. local in Roanoke Va.

I learned part of Eddie's secret. He had 6 Oberheim OB8's under the stage that were used to "process" his guitar playing.

In other words, No He Is Not All That!

I think Michael Anthony may be the most talented of the original group.

My guess is EVH wants to sing lead and play lead.

I don't think he'll ask DLR back. He hates the guy. BUT... if EVH smokes enough, he maybe able to get through one tour with him.

Someone with the handle, The Guy" has been posting some VH News over at the message baords at DLRArmy.com. No one knows who this "Guy" is, but most people believe he has credible info. Here's what he's had to say so far:

First off I want to say "what a f**** party Eddie can throw".

That being said, I talked to Ed shortly after he ripped through some classic VH material on Saturday Night and I asked him if he is still going to be working with Dave soon. He said "I will be working with Dave."

Now as far as the party goes, this was not the same Eddie that we saw on the last tour with Sammy. This is a happy and content Eddie. The Eddie who was always smiling and trying to make everybody happy. I am glad he is back.

Dumb move. Didn't matter if it was Dave or Sammy, the real sound of Van Halen is Michael Anthony.

Speaking of ROCKSTAR.... OK I admit watching this show the last 2 seasons. I enjoyed the INXS ROCKSTAR and thought the right person won. BUT the SUPERNOVA ROCKSTAR (stupid name)... while entertaining was completely rigged from the beginning. After the band members say the audition tapes they picked Lucas. It didnt matter who won the voting.

True. But can you connect him to Kevin Bacon in seven degrees or less?
