Did anyone else think that the Jim Morris show saturday at Casa was unbelievable? Not to mention JJW, street fest, and Peter Meyer?

I thought Hugo and Fingers kicked ass at Hogs Breath! JJW was nothing short of awesome.

Jim Morris' show at the Casa was great and the "Mike" song as
the final encore was hysterical. I bought 5 or 6 of Jim's CDs and
listened to them constantly on my 28 hour drive home to Maine(even
though I bought another dozen or so CDs from the other great
musicians at MOTM). I really enjoy his lyrics and how much fun the
crowd has singing along. His band also looks like they are having a
blast on the stage each time they play.Jim was also very nice to chat with at his Mini-Mart merchandise table. I am a big Jim Morris fan now.

Jim Morris is my Fav Singer.
He makes such great songs.
I hate that I didnot get to MOTM to see him play.

I bought 4 morris cds from the table at the casa. The best part of the whole night to see was when he sang sangria wine at passed the bottle of wine to the other members of the band as the crowd sang oh oh oh oh i love sangria wine! I have been listening to the cd's non stop since i got back at work and cant wait to see him agian. I have already been on his web site to see were he will be playing the rest of the year. He is definitly one of my new favorites!

The sound guys on stage were cracking up when he was singing, they must have never heard him play it before.

I was standing right in front of the sound guys and their reaction
made the song even more fun.

Yeah...the extended, crowd- and sangria-fueled coda to "Sangria Wine" was truly special.

Jim Morris was great. I am a new fan.
