It's funny you say that. The first thing he did at preschool this morning was run up to a red-head named Amanda (she's 3 1/2, he likes older women) to show her his bandage.

"Look 'Manda. I gotsa broken fingurrrrr."

This is weird, but for some reason I LOVE that term-- buddy your fingers. (I've never broken anything, but I've heard my mom say that... you're going to have to buddy your toes...)
Yep! That's what I tell Tony so he won't peel his bandage off (he actually has some pretty cool tape for them). For 3 Mondays, his fingers have to be buddies!

1 - Skull
2 - At least my pinkies and other fingers at least
10 time or more.
3 - Went to get an xray on my shoulder and found
out that I had broken 8 ribs at one time and didn't know it.
4 - Cracked my hip.
5 - Cracked my knee cap in half.
6 - Cracked tthe other knee cap.
7 - Cracked the shoulder socket.

That is about it for now.

2, both bones in my left wrist, at the same time of course. My hand was about four inches higher than my arm....looked like a step.

Was going down a tornado slide at the school, third grade, followed closely by two others....of course we were supposed to go one at a time. I just had to be sure I'd be first to go down again, so instead of waiting for the end of the slide, I decided to go over the edge just before the end. I landed on the concrete that hadn't been covered by sand too well yet and YOUCH!!!.

The lady in the school office told my mom over the phone that we were lucky, it was my left wrist.........I'm left handed!!!!

First the big cast, covered my arm up past my elbow, then a few weeks later the smaller one, just up the forearm. Back in the days when every cast was white. Had to bathe with the bread-bag covering the cast for a while.

7- thinking I could fly with an umbrella like Mary Poppins I jumped off the roof of my 10ft playhouse. WOW that was cool!!! I think I'll do it again!!!
The second time resulted in a double compound fractured wrist

Dec 2004 - broke my rib from coughing so hard when I had bronchitis.

just toes and fingers, they don't count, because I never went to a doctor for them. I don't need to spend that kind of money to have somebody tell me to tape them together

well...my injuries haven't been broken bones...except for 2...but i have had many injuriews in the past few years that my nickname at school is either gimp or hop-a-long. Just recently, PTG said that she was going to buy me a plastic bubble...

about 2 summers ago, i was playing softball and had a cramo in my right leg, but we thought nothing of it and just iced it and took it easy for a few days, but then when i went bck to play a few weeks later, i slid into 2nd base ( i am NOT good at sliding either) and i pulled my hamstring. My softball season was done and i had to have therapy all summer..8 in the morning and i couldn't do anything fun! plus i was on crutches and they hurt! lol then the doctors said that i was well enough to play and i was soooo excited because i was able to make it back early enough to play at World Series....then about 2 weeks later (a few days after the 05-06 school year started ...i was also just entering high school) when my team was starting practice for the new season, i had a groundball hit to me and i broke my right thumb. Then i was injury free until january when i fell on a black patch of ice and severely bruised my hip bone and femur. I was able to be well enough by March 6, for softball try-outs tho! in the middle of my season, i did something to my wrist and it broke...that was the end of my freshman softball season and i missed the last 7 games. I was well enough to play town ball though! in the middle of that season, June 17, i was playing short-stop and ran back into the outfield for a pop-up and fell and sprained my knee. When i got that brace off sometime in august, i was fine until this october...i jammed my 2 fingers in my locker and severely bruised and sprained one of them. Just this past week i fell down the stairs and bruised my knee---nothing major---but on Monday i was walking to my second hour class and had a pain in my leg, went to the nurse, called my dad, and left school to go to the doctor...i was told that i might've done something to my hamstring...the same one...and maybe the quads on that same leg as well...i am currently on crutches

so needless to say i have been injured alot! and i am headed to the doctor tomorrow for a re-check on my finger and at the same tme, he is going to check up on my knee...i have had 4 different doctors, too many xrays to count, a few CT scans, and i have most likely any typ of ace bandage, or brace there is!
