It's still early, what can I say? ETP got stick in traffic so I'm DD tonight. She had 2 jello shots and downed a margarita as soon as she got here!

We're at One World but they don't allow phones, so no pics for a while.

That was awesome. Django was there and opened, then played with Jerry Jeff for a few songs. They did The Cape and a new song called Like Father Like Son. The theatre is incredible and there isn't a bad seat in the house. The BN crew had a wedge on the left side of the house for 5 rows solid.

Good times!

Oh, my gosh. I had forgotten about Austin's awful traffic. I was stuck in it forEVER ... but it was worth it to walk into the County Line and see everyone. Gosh, I've missed them!

Ravi *is* darling. And it was great to meet KK and Janice's sweet sister.

Dinner was great .... Mrs. Play is the QUEEN of Pineapple Jello Shots ... I had three. Yes, three. Janice and her sweet sister drove my staggering self to the venue ... I sobered up pretty quick out in the nasty drizzle, but the buzz was *nice* while it lasted. I may have to do some more investigating into pineapple jello and its ability to blend with rum!

The venue is really cool. Large enough to accomodate a nice size crowd, but still very intimate. The staff was way cool, allowing me to take photos, etc. Too bad the paper's back-up camera was not working. Battery pack must be gone, because I charged it before I left. :-?

JJ opened with Django ... what a treat to see them together.

THE CAPE was the highlight of the evening for me ... and A WOMAN IN TEXAS.

Loved being with my BN buddies .... love being at my friend's beautiful home here on the lake ... if I lived out here, I would never leave the house! :D

Alison: Where WERE you last night? We called, but I got voice mail!

Am signing off to have my second cup of coffee and watch it rain on the lake.

Let me tell you people something ... it just doesn't get any better than this!

We meet today at noon ... German food ... drinking at the bar in Gruene ... and then, the Wheel tonight. I will be Mr. Play's DD ... since I missed out last night.

Ya'll shoulda seen him toting jello shots into the County Line. There were cups all up and down the table! Did I mention that Mrs. Play makes great pineapple and rum shots? Just wanted to make sure ya'll know so you can get a few at Hoot Island 2007. Poor, poor Debbie. She'll have to start a month ahead to fill all the requests!

Phins UP, everyone. There were some GREAT shots taken last night ... I'm sure the photos will be posted soon!

I love BN.

so my sister is FLOORED by the kindness of our crew. so thank you all from the bottom of my heart... she had a blast!

everyone (especially bill) - it really means a lot to her that you helped her with the incline last night. she made a comment "not even the people i work with would have done that for me"

and i'm still in shock... front row and a pick! during the songs django played with his dad you could tell they were having a ball and you could see the admiration and love they have for each other.

thank goodness terri and i were friendly ( :wench: ) to those two young gentlemen before the show or i would have never gotten jjw's pick.

now to get ready to stalk AATW.... :P
I must be wishing on someone else's star....

On the couch having nearly uncontrollable....... :wench:

muscle spasms in my neck again
sorry to disappoint you.....
UncleMickey kept my head in fresh ice packs while I tried to see how many Skelaxins and Perocosets it would take to either get some relief or at least not care anymore. (The answers? 2, and 3 repspectively. )
I'm home this evening and promise to have phone on tonight if anyone gets the hankering!
