Beer Battered Tacos
I'm not sure about this yet but I thought I'd share with the group. It sounds like it would kinda be like a taquito.
Beer Battered Tacos
Saute ground beef with onions and peppers, drain, add taco seasoning and water, cook down.
Now, take your ground beef, add shredded cheese, and roll up tight in a small flour tortilla (folded to seal all edges, like a burrito).
Dampen with a little water (rub water on them, don't submerge), then roll in flour. Next, dip in a beer batter (pancake mix with a can of beer and less milk added).
Deep fry until golden brown.
Serve with sour cream and chopped chives on top, salsa on the side, and a chilled Corona!

Sounds like the beginnings of one of those mega-taco things that SNL parodied in their "Taco Hut" commercial a couple of years ago.ragtopW wrote:MMM sounds good...

Some people never find it, some only pretend

If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.
Life is short, live long!!
I'd rather be a wiseass than a dumbass.
