I'd fly. We had a 6 am flight out of Newark, flew into Ft. Lauderdale, got into a puddlejumper and were on the beach listening to Frinzi & friends by 1:00. The only way to go. Driving cuts into drinking time.

Most of the people checking the on line reservation system to see if they
could still get a room received the message that there are no rooms available.
This is not correct! They are not available to the general public, but there are
still rooms available for Parrot Heads!!!
You can reserve your room in one of two ways: Call the Casa and tell them you
are registered for MOTM and want the Parrot Head rooms and rate, or use one of
the links below and make your reservation yourself.

they have started on the center section, and plan to have ALL of the rooms
completed by August!!! The renovations are actually ahead of schedule. The Reach
is progressing very well also.

If I could get a room at the Casa as cheap as the Best Western, I'd change. It would be very NICE to have a room at the host hotel, like I thought I was getting at MOTM 2005. So I wouldn't have to walk so much.

*ouch* Ok, it's the BW Hibiscus for me.
Although, come to think of it, that's only $20 more a night than my room.

That's up to you, but from what I saw of the standard Casa rooms,
the BWH's are at least 50% larger.
