I got introduced to her by one of the MS PHC members I know from Stars. Apparently she has been at the last couple I have been to, tho I never noticed her.
The little blonde did ask for a couple puffs on the Gurkha I had lit at the moment, I guess her Virginia Slims weren't doing it.
She swings on, and almost drops a woman who sloshed her with a drink, and got into a fight with her roommate/wingman at the end of the night over the bar tab.
She stormed off over that, and I was bright enough to stay out of it. Yes, I did get her roommate back to her hotel (the Old Customs House) across the lot and around the corner, and then walked down to the Green Parrot.
and as a note, the roommate/wingman's husband is in the CG and was in NO at the same time as friends of mine who are now in Virginia Beach. There was nothing untoward going on there.
I was never lost, nor did I have puppy eyes..

Thanks ringling for the good cigar , & thanks ragtop for the late night birthday present .

Overpriced drinks? I'm shocked, *shocked*, I tell you, to hear that drinks in Key West might be *overpriced*!!!alpomatic wrote:We just got back today , stoped over in west palm for a few days , We had a good time ,didn't spend very much time at tha casa , although we had a room there for 6 days , basically just sleept there , they act like nazi's , & there drinks were overpriced . Truth to tell, it seemed like a lot of places were selling drinks for less this year - instead of $7-8, I was paying $6-6.50. At least when people weren't buying them for me.

And I already *wrote* the song about that. *pout*
Ah well...another day or so and my body clock will be back on Pacific Time.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Pinot Noir in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming "WOO HOO"
