Smallest Motel Room?

Just back from Miami and Key West yesterday. Went to the Book Fair in Miami on Saturday and Monday eve I was allowed to set up shop and sell books on Mallory Square.
The motel in Key West that inspired the Big Pelican Happy Lucky Motel in my books is still there and just as tiny as I remembered. Here's the bathroom in the room I stayed in. You have to step over the toilet to get to the shower.

I've seen smaller. In Paris, France we had a tiny hotel room with a tiny "bathroom" unit, where the toilet actually hung over the shower... all prefab plastic, and round!

Looks like the bathroom in our pre-MOTM digs. You couldn't stand up in the
shower if you were over 5' 10"... We moved out of it because of the rain...
IN THE ROOM! We were very lucky to get a room next door for the rest of
our stay. The price was higher (of course) but we got a full refund from the
first place, so it ended up being just a little more overall.

i had 4 peole n a room for tw o and we survived for a weekend.. I think there was a shower but i don't remember using it
