Does anyone have info about the parking situation at the venue?

I can tell you what I know. The FSU law school is right across the street and sometimes (hit or miss for Basketball games) the lot is open. They have a parking lot for the Civic Center but it is not very big and I imagnie is open to mainly Seminole Boosters (TLCC is now the Donald L. Tucker Center and is owned by FSU). Your best bet is in one of the parking garage for the state employees. I think they charge like $5 to park there and tailgating is fine there, or at least it was when I was a student. Other possiblities are on the sides of the roads surrounding the civic center. Just make sure you read signs to make sure you aren't in a area where you will be towed.Desdamona wrote:Does anyone have info about the parking situation at the venue?
Yeah I would have loved to have caught that show (of course 15 years ago, I was 11). I hope he does just one with "you, me and my guitar" for the Tallahassee show.cowboyjunkie wrote:Wow. I would kill to be there with y'all. I saw him in Tallahassee something like 15 years ago. For the encore, he did "Death Of An Unpopular Poet" acoustic. It was my favorite live moment of the 20 something shows I've caught.
Enjoy and Go Noles!
Hummmm...... Could this end up like the Fenway Park show?Nole Pirate wrote:I can tell you what I know. Didn't the Noles just beat the Gators in basketball? I believe we have bragging rights until we play again in either sport.Feesh wrote:How many times do you think JB will mention the Gators winning the National Championship....in basketball and football?! Ouch Noles!

Double tree isn't a bad spot. I liked it when I worked at the Capitol, b/c I could just park there and walk to the Civic Center or just work late and walk straight to an event.Cuervo wrote:Hummmm......
