Christmas - Holiday Cookies

Post by Virgin-Island-Girl »

Who doesn't love 'em?

With the snowy, wintery weather on it's way, I'm going to do some baking this weekend!

What's your favorite home-baked cookie this time of year?

Mine are the peanut butter Hershey Kiss cookie

I make a really good butter cookie (lots of cream cheese in it too-not for diets!)

Where's our Cookie Goddess? :D

She has TONS of great cookie recipes. We put a lot of them in the cookbook. PHruticakes in the Kitchen, Part II - http://www.phruitcakes.com/

I'm not sure you could call it a cookie, but Christine makes these things where she puts a Hershey Hug (white and milk chocolate) on top of a little pretzel and puts them in the oven till the chocolate gets soft. Then she takes them out and presses an M&M into the melted chocolate.

Best "cookie" ever...
