My favorite guacamole story stars Mrs Z.

She is from Texas and has been eating guacamole all her life.
First time she had sushi, she thought the wasabi was a little serving of guacamole, so she ate the whole little green serving all at once.

I can't speak for the Z-mans wife....but damn my sinuses where clear for weeks.....too bad I couldn't taste or smell anything.....
