AWESOME! yes...fiber is good for you. DRINK MORE WATER!

and sorry, but the key is EXERCISE..

along with exercise, come other good eating habits. It takes practice and really changing your lifestyle. *sigh* Oh how I wish i could eat pizza all the time and not gain a pound. :(

I finally started exercising recently and I feel better because of it.
I've been treadmilling and bike riding a lot lately, something that I did not do much of at all for the first couple of months of my "lifestyle change" (not the D word :lol: ).
