OMG. That moment was so funny, 'cause I remember telling Shane I'd try for the shout-out. I figured I could manage one just being so close to the stage anyway, but there I was, in front of the mic. Could I remember the words to CIP? No. The only thing I could think of was my favorite humpable primate.

Well, in case you're wondering, I decided not to go. Had the ticket sitting there, but just couldn't pull the trigger. Maybe it was prospect of spending Christmas in a ditch having slid off the icy road on the way back to the Denver airport. Or, more likely, the thought of not being able to drink at a Buffett show.

Anyway, I appreciate the advice and, for those who are attending, I hope you enjoy the show. Maybe I'll see you for at February "Beach Band" show in the Carribean.

Mine, too.....it was sort of like being there, having our own little inside joke....makes me smile every time I listen to it....
