Minor Leagues!!

Post by myfinsup »

The # 22 he always wears on every jersey was the number he wore playing Minor League Baseball. Not sure why he chose it then, or if the team chose it for him, but I remember an interview about his Baseball playing days and he played in the Minors and wore # 22...

:o I've never heard anything about JB playing organized sports beyond high school. In those years he'd never have passed the drug test (if they gave them).

Professional sports didn't start drug testing until sometime in the '80s. And I never heard anything about JB playing minor league baseball either. I think he used to be part owner of a minor league team.

He was. Can't remember which team, though.

The Fort Myers Miracle was the team.
Pretty sure it was low A for the Twins.
Did he really sell his part?
