Yes! Pals in Johnson City, Tennessee is the best fast food burger you can get. Very greasy but awesome taste. A good sit down burger is Litton's in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Never ate there but will be back in May for the NHRA races, and might give it a try then.

Litton's is a staple of the North Knoxville community of Fountain City. It has been here since like the 20's when it began as a family-owned meat market. Over the years, they started selling burgers and such, and now is a full-blown family restaraunt. The burgers are big and juicy and the fries are homemade. You won't leave hungry here!

Not only are they know for their burgers, but thier whole menu is good, especially their desserts that everybody has to take home because they've got no room left after their meal.

I told Alan about this place when he came in for the game and he was not dissapointed. Trust me, if you're ever in this area, make time to go to Litton's. Its simply the best burger around!

Actually the burger is pretty huge. There's a ton of bread and meat both. It's more filling than most meals I've ever had. Their burgers are great. Tender and juicy all the way through. I've been to Bel Air Grill many times, too. I've always liked their burgers quite a bit, but a couple times they've charred my burger. I can't stand that. It ruins a meal...and I always ask for medium well. Litton's, though, is perfect all the way through. They are delicious!

MMMM I love greasy hamburgers THICK choclolate shakes and nice salty french fries. None of which is good for me. That's why I love it I guess.

In n Out Burgers are made of 100% pure beef, free of additives, fillers and preservatives of any kind. They buy only chucks, the front ribs and shoulder. No other parts are ever used. There's a real good one right here by work called New York Burger Co. It's O-Rings have won lots of awards and the burgers always compete for best in NY....

I am with Buffettbride!!!! I miss IN N OUT Burger!!!!!! When my dad lived in Vegas i would go a few times every trip!!!!!!! Can't wait to go to Vegas again!!!! Don't know when this will be!!!!!

I would have to agree!!! Living in SO CAL my whole life and been to many many other burger joints...There is nothing better than IN N OUT!!!!!!!

Here's Nor Cal's Best Burger joint an't no "franchies" Burger


Vals Burger has been serving one of the best burgers in the Bay Area since 1958. The restaurant is a classic style diner thats serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts. Hidden in the sidestreets in Hayward, it can be difficult to find off the 880 freeway. Be patient, the drive is well worth it.

The burger comes in 3 sizes; 1/3, 1/2, 1lb (Baby, Mama, and Papa Burger). Fresh condiments, onions, relish, pickels are at every table for fixing your burger (Cheese and Tomatoes are extra). The beef is very lean, crumbly texture, lightly salted and very little grease. Definitely some type of serloin or heroin addictive. The best part is they way they cook it...the real way...CHARBROILED, that lovely charred taste!!

The fries and onion rings are a 10...crunchy and tender inside. They come in large baskets that can be shared between 4 people and it only costs about $3!!!

Dont look around too much or you'll find yourself staring at the shakes and rootbeer floats. Just imagine a tall fountain glass filled to the rim with slightly melted ice cream AND the mixing container halfway filled with MORE ICE CREAM. We didn't have enough room in our stomachs to try one, but just looking at one, they had to be good, everything else was. There will be a next time for me and I WILL TRY ONE.

Dont miss out on Vals Burgers, my favorite Bay Area burger place so far. For the price, quality, atmosphere, and quantity, Vals is a tough place to beat. I would prefer it over Kirks, Clarks, Happy Hound, Barneys, Fuddruckers, Ben Franks, Red Robbin, Nations, Joes Cable Car, and so on.

Couldnt agree more. That Five Guys are the best thing to come to my small VA town since...... Micheal Vick!!
