I was reading the BN Feud thread waiting hopefully for an answer before I go to bed, and was reading about burger joints in Chicago and it got me thinking that there is always that one burger joint that simply makes the best mouth-watering burgers. So what is that burger joint for you?

There isn't really a burger joint on Long Island here that I love, but in Maine where my family vacations King Eider's Pub is simply fantastic. We always make a point to eat there every time we're up. :D

My favorite place is Virginia's At The Bay in Port Aransas. It is just a good peaceful place to go on the water and their burgers are delish! It used to be Tortuga Flats and where I fell in love with Jimmy's music.

A cheesy western (cheese and egg western) is a seedless hamburger bun

with onions and pickles and Mt. Olive relish which has had mustard added

to it so that it becomes yellow not green, a buger is cooked, a egg is

cooked, the two then finish cooking together with a slice of cheese.

Pull from pan, put on bun, EAT!

Wild Willy's on Route 1 in York, Maine.
Approximately 15 variations with great fries too.
The charbroiled smell from outside just draws you
in. Great place!

There probably are some 'local joints' in Denver, but haven't really stumbled across them..

I do love "Red Robin", "Fatburger", and "Carls Jr.". :)

Ron's Hamburgers and Chili. Several locations in Tulsa and northeast Oklahoma.

Get a Sausage Cheeseburger and an order of Spanish Fries. Yum!

Pete's Kitchen at Colfax and York (ish) is good for anything greasy and bad for you, at any time of day or 3am. :D

Yes! Pals in Johnson City, Tennessee is the best fast food burger you can get. Very greasy but awesome taste. A good sit down burger is Litton's in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Peter's Drive In here in Calgary! Once upon a time, their triple cheeseburger was voted best in Canada. Just picked up cheeseburgers, fries, onion rings and shakes there yesterday! Mmmmmmmmmmmm

Oh, and had a Tommy's Chili Cheese Burger (I think that's what it was) in LA a lot of years ago. Incredibly messy, but still really good.
