How Dark Do You Like Your Chocolate?

Post by 12vmanRick »

Nicole thinks I am nuts (she's probably right) I like mine as dark as I can get it. 85% cocoa is the darkest I have found

I posted the options in the amount of cocoa % I have seen.

I found Lindt had the 85%.

The darker the better.
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Life is short, live long!!

I agree with Coley...you're nuts! But I love ya anyway. [smilie=battingeyes.gif]

I've never really thought about it...I like dark chocolate but don't really know the percentages of what I eat.

As an aside...I HATE white chocolate. Blech

I chose 85% - the darker the better.

In England, there was some baking chocolate (unlike unsweeteed baking chocolate here, it does have some sugar) - it was 85% and silky - absolutely gorgeous stuff ... shamefully, I used to break off pieces to eat when using it for baking...
