Toby Keith being sued

Apparently he ripped off "I love this bar" from a Key West musician who recorded "tourist city bar" in 1996. I heard the "tourist city bar" and I think Toby needs to shell out some big bucks. Too close, in lyrics and melody. I forget the other guys name at the moment. It might be McCloud, but I'm not sure and I'm to lazy to google it. Maybe someone else can help out to get his name.
