Thanks for the welcome. For some odd reason, I forgot I joined up last year. I had it bookmarked on the computer I never use anymore. Glad I worked on that one today. Hope to see you and the other BNers at the show. We wear sombreros (I added lights this year) and carry ukeleles.
you are very welcome!we usually try to meet and have a caravan into the parking lots so we can be near each other!We had a great group at the Tampa show! I have met some really great people thru BN who have become close friends! and a lot of them are from Florida! I live in NJ but my brother lives in Celebration near Orlando so i spend A LOT of time in Fla. I am heading down this Friday for a week and then i will come home for 2 weeks and head back down for 4 days for the Orlando show! Can't wait to see the sombreros with lights!

and we also try to put a cell phone list together! Adrian's mobile tiki bar was really GREAT at Tampa!!!!!
I just tested the lights and restrung them..all good! We were at the Tampa show and were set up next to a pretty large party with a tiki bar. I'm not sure if that was the setup you're talking about. Everything after about 6 p.m. is kind of a blur after all the Red Stripes. Then again, there are tiki bars everywhere.

I was right where the country station parked their golf cart and gave out all of the Buffett banners. They drew a crowd of hundreds in a matter of seconds.

I can't wait to test the lighted sombrero indoors! It definitely stands out.
well adrian has a couple of posts in this thread! i know he lives somewhere in the Orlando area. i didn't see the country station's golf cart otherwise i would have been there.

btw how the heck did you get lights on your hat?

The wife bought them for me for Christmas (little mini lights). I finished stringing them up on the sombrero today. They come with a battery back so I don't have to stay close to an outlet.

parking passes are available on ticketmaster.
We have always set up in lot 3 (NW of the arena) and I ordered parking for that lot today. If it says 'none available', try again later - it took several tries for me today.

I'd be one of the smarties who ordered tickets w/o advanced parking... so far, no-go for parking passes (3 needed) for lot 3. I'll be calling the box office tomorrow to see if I can buy and pick up, or ticketmaster if the box office says no-go.
