OK it has been a while and I was asked to research
a good Recipe for these
( as Opposed to buying the batter)

I found a good mix.

split white and yoke from
One egg
one OZ. each Rum and Brandy
one TBL sugar.. ( I use Brown)
and about six OZ. BOILING water
( the Boiling is important.. the stock Recipe calls for hot water this is no good.. it leaves a crust on the top of the drink and does not cook the egg enough)

whip the yoke and the booze together
and
the white and the sugar together..
( I found that using the mixer is the best)
now mix together and add water..

MMMMMMMMMMMMM 8)

This just doesn't sound appealing. Different strokes etc....
If life is just a tire swing I hope the tire isn't a Firestone!
