Ok ,I know this has been around but I was hoping for some help here,
I read somewhere that Land Shark Lager would be available @ Publix in Fla. I have had, dear Sweet, mother -in-law of Inked-Parrotthead searching the Publix and she has had no luck, any suggestions or is it still to early for this Buffett brew to be on the shelves.

sounds like trading one burro-pi$$ beer for another. Maybe Jimmy really does just understand "dive to the bottom for the lowest-common-denominator" rather than bringing the game up for everyone involved.

If you view the sites terms & conditions, you'll see this:
DALE EARNHARDT JR./DEI

Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Dale Earnhardt Inc. trademarks, trade dress, names, likenesses and copyrights are used under the authorization of Dale Earnhardt Inc.
Is this going to marketed at the NASCAR demographic?

to each his/her own..... I like Corona.... I also like Guinness.... depends on the time, place, and situation, whether I prefer a lighter beer or a heavier beer..... just because you don't like it doesn't make it crappy beer.....

oh hell no... there is no way I am going to be drinking a marginal beer directed at (with no insult intended toward members of BN) fans of a sport for inbreds who can't make a right-hand turn.

Corona? if the folks who live in the country it's made in call it crappy, I am going with the widely-held opinion. You don't hear the Czechs calling Pilsner Urquell crap, or the Japanese complaining about Kirin. (tho, serve them Suntory, and your friends are going to be debating the cost of giri and gimu internally). Has less to do with whether I like it, as a bunch of other factors.

I have tried Landshark and kinda liked it. (unlike some who are saying how bad it is even though they never tried it  )

I drink Corona fairly often, and I liked Landshark better than Corona in a side by side test at Margaritaville- Orlando. The Corona was bad without a lime, the Landshark was served with a lime, but I liked it better without the lime. The Landshark has a little more 'grain' flavor than the Corona, though not as much as a Harp lager. If I didn't know it was an AB product I never would have guessed it. Also, it is not a 3.2 beer here in Florida.

I'll buy it when it comes out.

having tried Corona once, and finding out the critics were right in their assessment of it's "qualities", and having tried Jimmy's effort at "branded tequila", I can let the folks who have sampled both and found the new beer lacking have the benefit of the doubt.
