Ok where have I seen President Wayne's BIL on the show? The one who overheard the phrase in Arabic that translated to something along the likes that there are 5 more? Waliq, I think his name was?

Neither the 24 website nor IMDB has him listed as a character.

My dad said he's seen him on Law and Order, but I know I've seen him elsewhere.

hmmm I was talking to someone who pointed out that when someone important to Jack dies that the clock doesn't make any noise at the break. the clock did ding after Curtis was shot!

The "Silent Clock" isn't an autmatic. If you look back Last Season when Tony was killed, there was no silent clock. Tony and Jack were very close. If I remember though, Edgar did get one.

I wouldnt say jack and Curtis are close, maybe they were bfore China, but not now...
