Skool is not over until August 32nd, when they get 3 days off and move on to the next grade the first day of skool for the new year which will be August 38th.

Unless yer talkin' about college.

Kirsten just mentioned the 28th too, so it's probably for real.

And the 28th is a Saturday!

Jimmy usually hits NOLA during JazzFest...whether he is "playing" or not. If he is a late add...that will be great. If he just jumps on stage with another performer...that would be cool. If he does neither, you can bet he will be enjoying some really kick ass musical talent (as will I)!!

Btw, Jimmy is going to Jazz Fest... He's Playing the first weekend instead of his normal second weekend.

IF jimmy is playing at jazzfest it will be the 2nd weekend, not the first weekend that everybody has spoken of . . . since he will be playing pizza hut park in dallas 4/28.

John Mayer was just announced. He is playing 5/5-second weekend. The daily line up for both weekends was also just announced. Looks like no JB this year.

I would only consider the scheduled acts as "firm" when JazzFest releases the grid schedules (acts listed by day, time, and stage).

My .02 cents worth is the closing Sunday schedule is still a bit weak and I would anticipate additions on that day.

Noteworthy show: Sonny Landreth & The Iguana's at "The Parish" (onsite venue) @ House of Blues, New Orleans: Friday, April 27th.
