Got Wings?
Hey all... we are throwing a superbowl bash and I cannot seem to find my usual wing sauce so I decided to turn to my BN buddies. So tell me... what kind of sauce do you use????

Re: Got Wings?

If you said that about the Canadiens, I would agree with you.
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

(When making 25-30 pounds of wings at a time, use several sauces).

I haven't had wings in a while - I don't make them. I buy them
Unfortunately - again - my favorite wing place isn't here in Washington

I like to marinade my wings in a combination of chimichuri and walkerswood jerk for 24 hours. I then grill the wings enought to crisp the skins. They are then moved to a baking dish. My sauce is a combination of salsa, tabasco sauce and

I top with fresh jalapeno slices and bake until tender. Yum-o
