Hey all... we are throwing a superbowl bash and I cannot seem to find my usual wing sauce so I decided to turn to my BN buddies. So tell me... what kind of sauce do you use????

I use DR wings sauce and add Thai Hot sauce for a little kick..

Hubby uses Hooters breading and jarred sauce

I use the classic butter, worcestershire and Red Hot ... real Buffalo wings recipe from what I understand.
Some will go and some will stay. It doesn't matter anyway ......

There was a guy from Buffalo , that moved to Fernandina...and opened "Larry's Wings...Home of the Real Buffalo Wing".....and that's how he made them, so I did too...

Thanks all... can you tell me the "recipie" to do it this way... I used to buy crystal wing sauce and modify it to my liking but they seem to have stopped making it

I agree. At our Christmas party my wife used that and they were great!

Breaded, with blue cheese and real hot is how I like them.

I'm not a hot wing snob, I've eaten some that were below par, but they are almost one of my favorites...

I used to order them from Pizza Hut before I moved..

because ...they delivered....

I like to marinade my wings in a combination of chimichuri and walkerswood jerk for 24 hours. I then grill the wings enought to crisp the skins. They are then moved to a baking dish. My sauce is a combination of salsa, tabasco sauce and
