Yep-there are all of 14 entries, and all but one are about me (someone with my first name apparently had the nerve to marry one of the few people in the country with my last name, so she shows up as having the same name as me).

Using Larry and my last name, there are 640,000 hits. I looked at the first 50 and none of them are me. Adding the town where I live narrowed it down to 45,000. Only 1 of the first 50 is me.

Using Lawrence and my last name, there are 917,000 hits. One of the first 50 is me. Adding my town again cuts it down to 41,700 but still only 1 of the first 50 is actually me.

BTW, doesn't "googling yourself" sound like something that should be illegal in 23 states?

If I could google myself, I would never leave my apartment.

if one is to google themself...is there a certain type of google ( like froogle, local etc) to do this with? i've never done it.
