Anyone know why the album License To Chill is not available on iTunes? The song LTC is available but only from Live At Fenway.

Looks like something to look into! 8)

Wonder which musicians refused to put music on iTunes? :o

With all those artists, it must have been a nighmare to figure out WHO gets how much?

I have noticed that there has been less and less music offered on MusicMatchJB ON DEMAND. Now they have an even higher tier to pay to get more.

That's almost worth cancelling, but not quite.

The music business is crazy.

Since Apple settled with Apple The Beatles will now be in iTunes. Look for the rest of the holdouts to follow suit soon.

JB's LTC not being on there might have something to do with RCA. What I'm not sure of. Is TTWWY on there? If it is, that would be strange that LTC is not.

Yes, JD, TTWWY is on iTunes. I didn't know about the Beatles deal. I think it's terrific. It's been a long time coming, that's for sure. And, as you say, it may well have a domino effect.

I would guess that Apple Computers paid Apple records millions of dollars to settle, but in the wacky world of trademarks and lawsuits, it could be the other way around. Wasn't there a deal years ago that said Apple Computers could use the name, as long as they stayed out of the music business?
