just because the Yankees don't have a pitching staff doesn't mean you aren't welcome for a little Massachusetts Labor Day flavor.
on paper the Sox staff looks better but who knows. I have to believe we'll be in first when that show rolsl around but either way I'll be there....
well that was no fun. fine you will be in first and we will all be friends. snore. yankees s***!

See you at the Chicken Box!!!
yeah, actually, if this s@!$ is accurate this year then ya'll should plan on a trip down Nantucket way. The week after Labor Day is usually a good time as summer winds down (don't want to think about summer winding down before it gets here but that is what Jimmy Buffett does when he announces dates) and I can almost gurantee that Jimmy will be down around here at some point. I will be sitting at the Box most nights that week.
Do you have
a drinking problem is you actually plan on sitting at a bar 7 + months ahead of time?
I didn't think that at all.........I just thought you were organized

And the problem with the 7+ month scenario is what?????

I think come Labor Day us of Red Sox nation and you of the Yankee Evil Empire will be hanging out around Route 1 in Foxboro MA with our Corona, Land Shark, and Patron (Margaritaville Tequilla sux - sorry) discussing strengths and weaknesses for the playoffs as the Sox win yet another Wild Card and the Yankees finish in first place. Don't know how they will do it - but they will. Cheig Mein Wang (sp?) will win 25 games or something.

If you don't get tickets on the field, than you are wasting your money. The stadium seating sucks for a concert there or for that any stadium show.
I have been to plenty of shows at Gillette from Springsteen to Bon Jovi. There will be plenty of tickets the weeks leading up to the show. I bought PITS for both these shows days before the show.
So if you don't get Field A2, A3 or A4 on Feb 26th. Wait, they will show back up a week before the show.
I am a Pats season ticket holder so I will post the password once it is announced.
I got A3, row 22 for Chesney on the Pats pre-sale. Maybe luck will stay with me

I hear ya on that one... Although it'll be nice having JImmy play a stadium, if you get crappy seats, it really really sucks!!! But I'm still sooo freakin excited about this!!!! Happy Valentine's day to me!

Norwood, MA has numerous hotels. Small town right up the road from Foxboro - the is a Four Points Sheraton up there that is really nice. It is maybe a ten minute drive.
