It is off of Exit 9 (coming from the south) on 95 or Exit 15 off of the 95 section of 128 and go to Route 1 south from there.
There is a Holiday Inn Express on Old Post Road on the Sharon/Foxboro line. Also one on South Washington Street in North Attleboro. There is a regular Holiday Inn on Route 1 in Dedham.
There is also a Super 8 motel on Route 1 in Sharon (closer to the stadium but not the best hotel to go to). There WAS the Sharon Motel (don't know if it is still open) right across the street, not sure how good it is anymore.
Are NY'ers welcome? I know how some MA people are about out of towners.

Their website says six miles from the Stadium.

The Holiday Inn in Mansfield did the same thing last year and played Buffett songs the whole weekend.
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

LOL!!!!
It's a Buffett show. I'd be in Parrotthead gear.
Then you'll be let in.

This is a bit of a hike. You would need to get back onto 495 north to Route 1 North (I think exit 13 or 14 about 5 to 7 miles) up to the stadium about 10 miles from 495. The hotels in Norwood is about 10 miles to the north. The ones in Sharon is about 5, the one Tom is talking about is about 1/2 a mile tops.

When I found out about the presale I called Red Roof Inn, about 3 miles away they say, and booked two rooms for the 2nd & 8th but now am staying at the Motor Inn.
I "courtesy held" (didn't have to give my C.C.) these rooms at a much lower rate than they are listed now---if someone would like them we could transfer them to your name.....would rather save someone money than give it back to Red Roof Inn.

Is this the one in Mansfield? Is there one in Foxboro? If so, then it must be reasonably new.

Where's the Motor Inn???
It's on Route 1. I think either in Foxboro, Plainville or North Attleboro, can't remember which of the three towns it's in.

Another hotel suggestion would be the Four Points Sheraton on Route 1 on the Walpole/Norwood line (south if I remember correctly) -- thanks drunkpirate66.

No problem. If I remember correctly it is on the correct side of the road so no u turns are needed . . . going to the show. Now that I think about it, might be harder coming back after a day of Buffett tailgate.
the hit and run is as good as any religion around this time of year . . .
