Don't worry about tickets, with over 120,000 tickets between the two shows there will be plenty around if if you get shut out Monday. If you have any hotel questions about Boston let me know.
Let me know what show......maybe we can meet in Boston the Day before and do some Italian food in the North End!!

This sounds great to me. We have plenty of time so I'm sure we can arrange something. The Sox are away this weekend, so I'll need something else to give my time and money to!!!
i just saw that......oh well ...plenty of great restaurants!!

Section 105, Row 3 - Had front row for Fenway, so I don't really care where I am for this show! (Also picked up some Police tickets for Giants Stadium-woohoo!) Booked a room at Red Roof Inn about 5 minutes from the stadium.

Are the lots for Gillette really opening that late for the shows?

I'm looking at the Shawmut Inn, is any one familiar with the place. Also, for Sat night, is Norwood between Boston and Foxboro or is it in a different direction. I'm not finding anything in Foxboro?

Shamut Inn.... sounds familiar. What town is it in?

Norwood is in between Boston and Foxboro. Route 1 passes through Norwood.

Here's the link to the thread about hotels in that neighborhood.

If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

I'm kinda hoping Peter or Jake or Mac will schedule gigs near Boston.

Otherwise, Kenny Chesney is playing Saturday Sept 1, in Hartford, CT.... [smilie=gt_grinz-browwiggle.gif]

I'm on the red eye in Saturday morning and leave Sunday night. Just enough time for some compressed sightseeing. Any PH friendly watering holes near the stadium? Looking forward to my first trip to the East coast.

Near the stadium? No. The best you can do is take in the tailgating :D There will be plenty there to cover you.

Near the stadium there really isnt much going on off days, Stoneforge Restaurant is about a mile away good american pizza burgers and all that stuff. If you want more to do Boston is about 20-30 minutes away from the stadium and there is plenty to do in the city
