DVD's were mailed today

The master DVDs were mailed out yesterday morning.
The distributors should have them in a couple of days.

I've had problems with Mailboat before... somehow CDs would mysteriously disappear :( My favorite trick was to put delivery conf. on the packages.....

I'll do it! And I was introduced to a local band who likes to play charity gigs, especially if it gives them positive press.

I also talked to a local company who would be willing to comp. a dedicated web site with shopping cart for advertising next years benefit tailgate.

You could get folks to pay for the wristbands & t's online. Pay by paypal or credit card. That would give you a running total and names & contact info. of recipients via registration.

Just let me know if you are interested and I will set you up with them.

Those are some great ideas Ellen. The band I've been talking to is called The Undercover Blues Band. Is it the same one by chance?
Everyone keep the ideas soming, I'd really like to have a total charity donation of $10k the next time I do this.
