Sure.
But not EVERYONE knows not to.
I'm in CO... and I do know.. but not everyone posts here all time. It's just a courtesy thing we go through on BN for a LOT of different time zone issues.

I'm in central zone, so I get to watch it first.
It's the others that it isn't fair to.

Well, the end should be interesting. Very curious about this "American Idol Band" search. Being in Music City, I know plenty of undiscovered bands who could enter.

I was really sad last night--I really like Lakisha. I'm really rooting for Jordin, but Lakisha has been one of my faves throughout the competition. I think she's got a bright future, though. Blake better be the next one gone.

So am I the only one that actually likes Blake??
I don't think he will win, but I think he is really popular with the tweens & teens- and I think they are the ones doing most of the voting.
I haven't actually voted yet. What about everybody else??

My wife and my father-in-law vote every week for Jordin...and a lot! She's friends with my wife's sister down in Phoenix.
I think Melinda sounds great, but so does Jordin and lets be honest, which one is more marketable? I know that they keep saying that Blake is unique and no one can do what he does..yada, yada, yada. Not just anyone can sing like Melinda and Jordin either! Anyone who thinks the fans have all the say in who wins....is just plain fooling themselves. Like almost everyone else, I think it's a coin flip between the ladies.

I actually like him......but I like Jordin and Melinda better. But I think Blake does have a pretty large following voting for him now, so he will give them a run for their money.
I have been voting for a while now....early on I would vote for different people--whoever I liked best that week. But for the past few weeks I've been voting for Jordin.

This is total BS-- Academy of Country Music Awards are on. Some I enjoy for good music. and American Idol, something that makes me laugh my ass off at the no talent that most of these kids has.
Plus watching Paula in HD is nice.

It was a great song from the 70's.. they also sang "Car Wash".

Have no predictions on this one. I thought they all did a great job - and they all had a small hiccup or two. All different styles and voice ranges. If I were to base it on talent IMHO, it would be Melissa. If I were to base it on who could sell records it'd be Jordin or Blake..

They played it a lot in the 'disco' bars I went to.
It was one of Cam's dad and my favorites.
