When on Emeril Live he mentioned that they were neighbors in Orlando. Heard he had a ranch there.
And in interviews he's mentioned an apartment in New Orleans and an apartment in Key West.

Emeril is his "neighbor" at Universal where M'ville Cafe and Emeril's are side-by-side.
And face it, the guy's gotta diversify his assets somehow....

I am sure that he does not own most of the properties under his actual name. So it would probably be pretty hard to find out. I've looked up Strange Bird on Lexis (a legal research database) and have researched the cases that have his name (they all have to do with intellectual property). Anthing I look at is public information but I would never share anything anyway, except about the property he owns in Rye, New York; it is just a little piece, of my heart.

I know of one particular homestead that's in his name. Happened to be browsing real estate records one day, and thought "hey, let's see what Jimmy has!". Yes, it's a nice place. It's visible via Google Earth. Nice view of the Atlantic, I'm sure, and a golf course out the back door. And the taxes are about what I pay in rent each month.
That little infoquest made me smile. Haven't felt the need to dig for others.

He probly owns alot under other names. Just like CIP. Outback owns and runs that. Hes uses his name and gets a percentage of that. He has to make apperances under contract. Not a bad gig if You ask me. I wonder why there is no "moeron in paradise" or MIP.

the correct answer is "a heck of a lot more than me".
Although since he's paid for those homes with money he's made off of me, I feel I have the right to live vicariously through him. So it works out.

All I know is about is the one in West Palm which I believe is his primary home and his summer house...err mansion, in North Haven (The Hamptons). Supposedly he fly's in for the summer around Memorial Day and packs up the kids and the help and fly's out around Labor Day. The house he has out there is no small place with a dock out back for one or a few of his boats, he keeps his jet at the local airport in East Hampton...must be rough.
It seems that when he plays Jones Beach is usually preceeds one of his small breaks during the mid summer from his tour. I guess he figures he might as well finish up close to "home" before taking a break.
