can anyone help? my mom is on the phone, and wants to see too. she has the black screen, and it says "connecting to media" but it won't..... i don't know what the deal is - I can see/hear just fine. she's using IE as far as I know, has broadband connection & a fairly reasonable computer otherwise.... ???

did she try a straight www.hogsbreath.com and THEN hit the link for the stagecam?
