I still need to confirm with him what he wants to do with the tickets (that's way I haven't posted on Ticket Exchange yet), but we're thinking of selling down the 6 pavilion seats for 6 lawn (trade plus difference in value)
I'll let y'all know next week.

Re: Ticket trade down - Pavilion for Lawn (possible)
nike - I don't know what he wants to do with his tix yet. He may want to keep the seats. I told him that he should post to Ticket Exchange, as he is looking to trade for 6 lawn tickets plus difference in value, not just selling them outright.nike4o1 wrote:tsavos, check your PM...tsavos wrote:I've got a friend in our group that was able to get 6 pavilion seats to Nissan in section 303 (he was supposed to get lawn but selected "best available" at the time)

Drove over by Nissan yesterday...word to the wise and if you know this already I apologize.
Suggest taking Balls Ford Road to Wellington and going in that way. I call it the back way.
More construction off I-66 at US-29 will probably make things worse than they were last year getting in from that direction.
Wellington Road is blocked off at US 29. You can get to it, going up past the new shopping center and hanging a left. That road will run you back in to Wellington, just depends on how much time you want to set in traffic.
I know the show is 90+ days away but it appears that the construction zone has "set in."
I'll do another recon in a couple of months. Just figured a little "forward thinking" wouldn't hurt.
All us Nissan veterans are used to the hassle of getting out after the show, having trouble getting in is a new problem.

Negative. My TM account still says the same thing it said 24 days ago, "your tickets have been purchased and are in the process of being printed."

I remember it taking a long time to get tickets. They will show up eventually. I could use my traffic joke again but it was only moderately funny the first time. The second time around it will be like "yeah, whatever".Clintster7 wrote:Thats what mine says as well but since that time I have gotten Pittsburgh and Cincy tickets that were purchased a week later than Nissan. Im not to worried if this is the case for everyone. Just have a trade in order that I would like to get settled at some point before June lol
Twenty degrees and the hockey games on...

We weren't able to get tickets to Nissan, but would like to come and tailgate. (Hopefully, we might get tickets in the parking lot, but if we don't, we'll keep partying in the parking lot and listen on Sirius).
I was wondering what the tailgating is like? Are they strict on having alcohol? Will we be able to set up the tiki bar and margarita ball without being hassled? Would like to know what to expect before we drive the 8 or 9 hours there and find out we can't party like we planned.

- thing is, I don't really want a single seat but I bought it anyway out of excitement. If someone here is interested in it PM me.

You should be fine. We have had bar setups and never had issues. At the same time the drunken college guys six cars down got harrassed to no end because they were being obnoxious assholes. Keep the bottles out of sight and drunk from cups and you won't have a problem. At least we have never had a problem.mirrorthatlies wrote:We weren't able to get tickets to Nissan, but would like to come and tailgate.
