Every year at our state fair they carve 'something' out of a huge blob of butter...we're talking LIFE-SIZE creations like people, animals, etc. One of the goofiest things you'll ever see! [smilie=giggle.gif]

Penny, I was brought up on margarine, not sure which but it was in a tub.

I would take a cup and put some sugar in it and then some dollops of

margarine, shake and then eat the sugar coated margarine.

:roll: I know.

Now I am all butter. When I take the time to hand make biscuits (and I

have many different recipes) only room temperature butter goes on them

babies!

I hated white rice when I was a kid.. just plain. So I'd putter margarine and sugar on it. Only way I'd eat it. :oops: :lol: :lol:

We always used butter, and I prefer it, and don't like the taste of most other products on braed, but will use them for cooking or baking.
