Just have to take the Anheuser-Busch Brewery tour in Jacksonville. You can sample that (supposedly this is their only brewery producing it) or any of their other products. They are supposed to be getting in Landshark 'Gear' but didn't have any as of last visit.
Of note - you are allowed 2, but if hang out long enough you can catch a second (and a third) tour coming through. The lady serving us when I brought some visiting guests there was pretty cool.
She kept saying, you guys only had 1 right ? Then poured us another 8)

My review - it was the best beer I ever had, but I also say that about any beer that is free  . Interpret that however you would like.

CHEERS!!

Any bud product gives me a headache. Free or snot, I'll pass. Quervo gives me a headache pass on that also. I have left bars that only serve bud or as smoe people know "buttwiper". Corona the Mexican bud.

The only way to drink Land Shark is when it's free. Even then it's overpriced.

Haven't tried it yet but I will. I'll try anything once. The only beer I could'nt get past the second sip was a Samuel Adams, Cranberry Lambic. That was nasty. :x

With the novelty already worn off, I've got cold Landshark sitting on the porch along with the Corona I was using for comparison purposes gathering snowflakes.
I've gone back to heavier brews for this cold MI climate, and run of the mill "lights" for a cheaper quick refreshment.
You never know, many people have been conditioned to liking Corona with a lime despite their objection to fruit w/beer, clear bottled suds, and after tastes that previously were unknown to beer drinkers.
If any Northerners still just got to try it, give me a holler, the stuff will last at least through the weekend.

oh I dunno, I had some brought to me from FLA and it wasn't that bad. (but then again, anything that makes someone think that it is warm somewhere while looking out on yet another Michigan cold arse winter night with snow blowing around, can't be all that bad, can it?)

Friends of ours were in Florida for vacation and brought us back a 12 pack. It wasn't the best beer I've tasted, but I'd buy it once it hits the Frozen Mitten. A bit better than Corona in my humble opinion.....but if the price stays where it is, I'll have no problem continuing to support Michelob Ultra Amber. After all, it's all the same company and continues to help keep the stock I have up there on the DJIA... :)

I'm convinced that Ultra Amber is the best 114 calorie beer I've ever tasted.
Must be a Michigan thing. Gotta remember that despite the low carb claims it's still halfway in calories from a light to a normal.
I've got some really fresh Bells Pale Ale chilled down, forget the calories, that sounds alot more appropriate for these parts tonight.
The Landshark will have to wait for the heatwave forcast for this weekend.

That's a lot easier than stuffing a mouse in a bottle and trying to return it to the brewery [smilie=gt_grinz-browwiggle.gif]
