Post by nike4o1 »

here is my story.......

tried at 10:00:00 and 10:00:15 for camden....the first one hit the 15 min max but the second one was quick and i got 6 lawns right away...im happy...then i get the dreaded YOUR CC CANT BE PROCESSED...i am mad at this point...

go to livenation.com ....nothing posted....keep trying...at about 1020 ish they post them and I get 6 LAWNS...

now I gotta call ticketmaster and find out whats up...did my first 6 go through? if so, will my last 6 get cancelled(If not, look for them on ticketexchange)....

anyone who has experienced this before, i would like to hear from you...am I going to get 6 tickets, 12 tickets, or no tickets?

both are showing up on my cc though

Was I the only one who didn't have the "traditional" ticketmaster search page on livenation.com?

I am still trying live nation and I am not getting traditional TM page but a live nation page. If both showed up on cc statement I would think they both went through. It will probably show up on your my orders page tomorrow or monday

Lets hope...I just hope that the 6 ticket limit isn't for both TM.com and LN.com...that would be a bummer

lets hope the worst scenario is 6...i was thinking that the worst possible could be 0.....ive sent emails to both ln and tm assuming that the phone lines would be swamped...when i get back from lunch ill make some phone calls...would love to be able to make some arrangements for hotels ASAP...

Im thinking that if they have already been posted to your card that you will atleast have 6 and they may cancel one purchase since you have multiple purchases and that would be worse case

kicking myself in the butt for telling my friends that I may have 12...that means we might have more people than tickets

looking @ the FAQ at livenation is making me wonder if the limit is for both sites as the site i ordered off of looks NOTHING like a Ticketmaster...

I had a similar thing happen to me and I am shocked...

Got 6 lawns right away and then when they went to process my credit card the screen kept reloading for seven minutes. After seven minutes I got the dreaded "Your Credit Card could not be processed" and then I am kicked to the back of the line and the concert is sold out. The rest of the day was a daze due to disappointment.

Then last Monday I check my credit card balance and there it is, a charge for 6 lawn tickets processed by Ticketmaster. So I call Ticketmaster and act stupid and say that I never received an order confirmation number. I give them my info and they verify my order for the 6 tickets. I call it my little Ticketmaster miracle. So if anyone else saw that dreaded response then you might want to check your credit card statement.

Try Ticketking..... there are usually tickets available.

I had no problems with TM... I actually purchased Frisco tix last week from TM.

Once tm comes to screw us. Try and get the charge removed from your credit card.
