Did anyone else have this problem...it's a new one on me.
I was able to quickly log into the "searching for tickets window" at 10:00 am with a 1 min wait, then a window appeared asking whether to display secure and nonsecure items. when I would click ok, it would go back to searching...this went on over and over for twenty minutes until I gave up. I've never had this problem before and I tried accessing tickets to other events today and had no problem, and no "display secure and nonsecure items window", just Jimmy Buffett-Camden. Needless to say..no tickets.

Same thing happened to me. But the most frustrating thing was I was in at 10:00 and typed in the verification code correctly and it still kicked me another one. Did the 2nd one, then got a 15 minute wait, watched the countdown all the while clicking on the secure/non secure items thing. I gave up after 15 minutes and then called TM and was told it was sold out.
Why is it so hard to get Camden tickets? I never have a problem every year when I try for JB or GW. I had 2 separate sets of tickets for Gillette this year but through them back. But for Camden, I've never been lucky!

So does that mean TM added some non-secure thing to their site? I've never had that happen before on TM.SMLCHNG wrote:It's not JUST Ticketmaster that you're computer will do that on. Anytime your computer detects a page with non-secure items, that message appear.

It could be something as simple as a image linked from another site. Have no idea what it is, but that's how it happens.gris gris wrote:So does that mean TM added some non-secure thing to their site? Same thing happened here yesterday, the 12th, for Pgh. tickets. Kept bouncing around from 3 minute wait to up to fifteen minute wait. However, I just kept answering the darn "secure-insecure" website question," over and over again, eventually got through, and scored the tix. Just about the time you have TM figured out, they add some new stress into the mix.
Just for future reference, I had a friend who kept asking for tix until four hours after they went on sale and scored them. I guess others who had purchased tix had their credit cards rejected, and the tix got thrown back into the mix.
So sorry for your misfortune. Hope that some eventually come through from somewhere for you.
